2.3 Reservations made online through our website (villagecafe.ca) must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

2.5 Any special requests or accommodations must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
2.6 Online reservations are limited to a maximum of 12 people per group. Groups larger than 12 must be booked by phone.
2.7 We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate.

3.1 Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.3 Changes to reservation details are subject to availability.
3.4 We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from the cancellation or modification of reservations, including travel expenses or inconvenience.

4.1 If payments or deposits are required, details regarding pricing, payment methods, and refunds will be provided during the reservation process. Refunds, if applicable, are issued in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

5.1 By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link included in our emails.

6.1 You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
